Appointment Fees
- New consultation fee: £350
- Follow-up consultation fee: £295
- Follow-up tele-medicine fee: £295

Follow-up consultations after more than 6 months from your last appointment will need to be treated as new consultations.
If, within 4 weeks of your last appointment you have questions relating to this consultation, they can be emailed and Dr. Thomas will endeavour to respond within 3 working days. If the concerns relate to a new problem or a progression of the problem that may require assessment, please book a follow-up appointment.
Repeat prescriptions between visits: £50 (one repeat prescription between appointments so that medications can be monitored)
Medication monitoring: £150 – 10 minute follow up appointments for those stable on medications like isotretinoin, spironolactone, cyclosporine or methotrexate)
Cancellation
Early cancellations (greater than 48 hours before your appointment): Not charged.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment): 100% of the self-pay appointment cost will be charged. Payment for missed clinics and for future appointment will need to be taken before further bookings can be secured.

- Shave biopsy (single): £350
- Laser treatments (Vascular lesions, facial erythema, acne scars): Please contact us
- Curettage & Cautery (single): £500
- Scalp biopsy (single): £500
- Excision of lesion (single): £800
- Excision of lesion (single) with laser (PDL/Fractional laser) for scar remodelling (up to 3 laser sessions): £2500
- Post-surgical scar remodelling (PDL/Fractional laser): From £2000

Please note, additional fees are normally charged by the facility and laboratory for procedures. They also operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Prices are not set by the Thomas Clinic, however please contact us for indicative pricing and we will do our best to guide you.
Rapid Procedure Fees
- Steroid injections (scars, alopecia, acne): £110
- Shave biopsy (Cryotherapy (up to 3 lesions): £110
5-minute appointments available for these procedures at £110, only available once referred by Dr. Thomas or an associated Dermatologist.
For rapid procedures, we will treat the area identified however we cannot discuss other treatments or diagnoses within these appointments.
